I have been visiting Mia for deep tissue massages for around 8 years now and I can honestly say they are the most effective and beneficial massages I have had in all the time I have been having massages which is probably getting on for 25 years. She always checks in with you and seems to know exactly where to target and how much pressure. When I have gone somewhere else (e.g out of the area or have had a massage as part of a spa day) I am always really disappointed as they never match up. I initially visited as I have had ongoing problems with my back, neck and arms and RSI but now having a massage from Mia seems to keep things at bay and I no longer get the pain I experienced before. Before Christmas she even sorted out a very painful knee injury (from an accidental fall) in one visit and I haven’t felt any pain in it since. Thank you Mia!
