I just spotted this store in the Walthamstow shopping centre and I was tempted to step inside as it looked very appealing and professional. I made the right decision to enter because my mother and I had an exceptional experience. The lady working there is extremely welcoming with gentle hands and her name is Keashi. I’ve visited Orla’s a few times and always have a wonderful experience, the team are consistently welcoming and supportive. On my last visit, Theo did my nails. I presented him with the design inspiration, and he skillfully recreated it. I also received a pedicure from another team member wearing glasses, and they also did an exceptional job. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment! Visited the place for the first time and I have to admit the service is excellent! I always feel hesitant to try new places, especially when it comes to nails because of some past negative experiences. But I must say, the work done by these individuals is quite satisfactory!

This is the absolute worst establishment I've visited!! I opted for acrylic nails in a standard colour, but within 5 minutes of leaving, my nails were ruined. When I requested a colour change and repair, the lady began shouting, insisting she could only fix the damaged nails and demanding extra payment. Her rudeness was appalling. This nail salon is a disaster; I wasted my money and will never set foot in there again. If I could rate this a 0 star I would. The experience here was absolutely AWFUL. My two brothers came in to get a haircut which in total was £80. We showed the hairdresser Millicent what specific haircut and style they wanted. She did the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. It looked completely different to what was asked. They are 14 and 15 and she used that to her advantage as this was their first haircut. We spoke to the manager she did absolutely nothing about it and didn’t seem to care about customer service which goes to show what type of a business they run. I would not recommend coming here and getting your haircut there are lots of other amazing places to go to. Very disappointed won’t be coming back.About
