I enrolled in the manicure course there. I felt neglected. The instructions were not adequately provided to me. The individual who was instructing me seemed preoccupied with conversations or on the phone. A waste of my funds.
Visited this place for a spa treatment and facial using a voucher I purchased through Wowcher. Danielle was absolutely exceptional. I had an outstanding experience with excellent customer care. She truly excels in her craft. I returned to leave a gratuity, but unfortunately, she had already left. However, I will definitely return!
