The service at Brownies is truly exceptional, deserving of a 5-star rating! I always choose the delightful Georgia for my treatments; she is incredibly attentive and ensures that I am completely satisfied before I depart. The salon is consistently neat and tidy, and all the staff members are extremely friendly. I will definitely continue to patronize this establishment 💜.
I must give a 5-star rating for the staff and treatments. The team and the service I received were exceptional and always top-notch! However, the restroom door has been in a poor state for several months now. It does not close properly, it's barely even a door. It's a flimsy piece of material that leans against the frame, offering no privacy when using the facilities. I had multiple treatments and spent a few hours in the shop, necessitating a visit to the restroom, which was quite inconvenient.
I frequently travel to Japan for my eyebrow grooming needs, they provide the most reliable service and I am consistently pleased with the outcomes. I have also experienced their nail services and cannot find any faults with the exceptional service they provide at Brownies! I highly recommend it.
