I was in search of a new salon after relocating, stumbled upon and got an appointment with Jamie who I have now revisited. During my last visit, I underwent a transformation from dark to light. Initially, Jamie was extremely accommodating following a scheduling mishap and made extra efforts to fit me in considering childcare. Additionally, she conducted herself with utmost professionalism and executed my instructions perfectly. She provided guidance where needed regarding the chosen colour and did not set unrealistic expectations. The result exceeded my expectations. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I am overjoyed with the service and highly recommend Jamie to those hesitant about trying a new hairstylist. Not only is she exceptional at nailing the colours, but she is also approachable and friendly, which makes salon conversations much more enjoyable!
