I have been a loyal customer of Lavish Nails for many years now! I only trust either Alex or Sophie to do my nails. This salon is truly the top choice. The service is friendly, and the nail designs are always perfect! Give them a try, you won't be let down. 10/10
This salon is my last option. My regular nail place was fully booked, and I needed my nails done for a special event. Despite having an early appointment as their first client, the nail technician hadn't arrived on time. The 15-minute wait wouldn't have been a big deal on a normal day, but since it was my first time here and I had a busy schedule, it bothered me. The technician (Emma) was unwelcoming, was on video calls while working on my nails, and didn't follow my desired nail shape. By the end of the session, I was just relieved to leave. My usual salon maintains excellent hygiene standards, using new tools for each client right in front of you. This place seems to lack such practices, and I doubt they sanitize anything between clients. After a few hours, I noticed my thumb nail was sore; she had filed it too close to the nail bed. Moreover, the French tip started chipping sooner than usual. In summary, proceed at your own risk.
I recently visited Hannah, Emma, and Alex for nail treatments, and I must say, they are consistently warm and attentive. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service surpasses expectations, ensuring every visit is truly wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of top-notch nail care.
