My one pet peeve about this place is the heavy-handed approach they take in trying to upsell services. When you inquire about the cheapest way to send a recorded or tracked delivery, they immediately mention the £7-£10 option for a simple letter, unless you challenge them. It's only then that they reveal a much cheaper option at £3.10 for recorded delivery. I was even told that this cheaper option was only available online, until I pointed out that I had used the recorded option with them before. They really need to improve their customer service, as customers are not fools.
The staff here are consistently nice and friendly, providing good service every time I've visited. While it can get busy once or twice, there's usually a short wait and they are attentive to the service you require.
Impolite elderly gentleman who served me. When I asked about the cost of posting a small parcel within the UK for a later visit, he dismissively laughed and said he didn't know. It seems like this establishment only caters to you if you're ready to open your wallet and spend money.
