Scheduled an appointment, prepared my child, including washing their hair, for the visit. Upon arrival, the reception from the hairdresser immediately felt off. I did not feel welcomed at all. I mentioned my booking, only to be informed that they were fully booked. After checking their system, it was evident that I did have a booking. Apparently, the system should not have allowed the booking as she was the only hairdresser available and fully booked. A wasted trip, leaving me dissatisfied as a customer.
Consistently satisfied with my hair. The staff are incredibly friendly. While the salon could use a bit of a makeover, one doesn't visit for the decor!
Absolutely dreadful! Upon arrival, my daughter requested layers, only to have another stylist rudely intervene and forbid the younger stylist from doing them without acknowledging us. Hair brushes were dropped on the floor and left dirty! The hairdresser managed to cut her finger three times during the haircut. To top it off, I was charged a higher price than advertised on the website, with the excuse that 'the prices have increased, but the website hasn't been updated yet!' The salon is in dire need of refurbishment and care. Definitely would not recommend!
