I have been a loyal customer at Roland's for many years. The team there is always warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Rosie is fantastic at suggesting styles and colours when I need ideas. I appreciate the quality of the products used at the salon and the variety of beverages offered in a lovely presentation. Visiting Roland's is a luxurious treat for me, and I always enjoy the experience.
This was my first time at this salon and my daughter had an incredible experience with her hair transformation done by Olivia! The results were absolutely stunning and she has received so many compliments - but most importantly, my daughter is in love with her new look! The staff members were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit. The snacks provided were a nice touch that added to the overall experience. We are extremely grateful to everyone at the salon, especially Olivia!
I usually feel uneasy at hair salons, as the presence of mirrors tends to make me anxious, and I don't typically indulge in beauty treatments. However, my recent visit was a pleasant surprise; I was greeted at the entrance and offered a menu of drinks. Faye was delightful, understanding my sensitive scalp and using gentle products that felt wonderful. I will definitely return and specifically request Faye for my next visit.
