Emma really paid attention to my requests, offered helpful suggestions for my hair, and explained each step as she worked. The result was truly amazing and exactly what I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier. It's also a plus that she's great to chat with and makes a wonderful cup of tea! The entire team at Base are attentive and welcoming.
