Money grabbers! Did Biab gel set here as I always had them done in Liverpool prior to this and the reviews were good. I had invested time and care into growing my natural nail with protection of strongest biab gel on the market. Unfortunately nails done at this salon didn't last a week. Broke first nail within 3 days and 2nd the day after as they were soft and bendy and I kept hurting them while working. Came to salon next week on first day off from work and asked them to redo the whole set as other nails would follow to bend and break. They refused to redo all nails and said they would only fix 2 broken ones and was blaming me for breaking them. Also telling me that because of length of my natural nail they wont be as strong. I understand that natural nail is not stronger than the plastic tip they glue onto natural nails with super glue but I have had same length natural nails with BIAB for ~4 months now and never broke single nail prior to this set doing normal chores and usual work. No full refund from owners, no sorry just plain horrible attitude towards any customer who dares to ask for better services or question quality. The male nail technician who done my nails didnt even want to look and assess the cracks in other nails that would clearly follow to break if I would continue wearing them. Eventually after lots of back and forth they gave me 10£ as refund even tho I asked for full refund. Just shows how little they respect their customers. Stood for 5 good minutes there to be ignored aswell. Eventually he added 4£ extra and I left salon greatly disappointment with the male technician arguing that nails break often and they dont refund anyone ever for it. Definitely not coming back here and before leaving salon I advised them to look into the gels they are using as the one they gave me is waste of money and time. If they would be any professional they would look into and examine their products, apologise and agree to refund me, but clearly they dont give a toss about the quality, services and a customer retention. I have to go another salon pay for take off and full new set and im left with 2 broken natural nails and only 14£ as a refund. Dont go here unless u really dont care about the quality and health of your nails.

Amazing place, would highly recommend! Staff are so lovely and welcoming- they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. So pleased with my nails- they are exactly what I was after and were done to such a high standard. Thank you so much!
