Absolutely delightful every time I visit, exceptional friendly service always punctual, fantastic hairdressers Tom is mine and I adore him. Beauty ladies are all charming as well. The ladies who shampoo my hair and work at reception are also delightful. Actually, all the personnel are superb. Luxurious massage reclining chairs when having your hair washed. Complimentary tea and coffee. Exquisite cocktails and reasonably priced prosecco. The team truly make you feel extraordinary.
