The establishment was overtaken by a new individual, and upon my initial entry, I found the ambiance quite pleasant. I consulted the nail technician and presented a photo of my desired design. She assured me she could replicate it. However, upon my return on Saturday, I had to repeatedly clarify that the result was not what I had requested. Despite my autism and social anxiety, I struggled to communicate that I wanted a blue hue instead of the white she had applied. Additionally, I had previously requested silver accents but received blue ones without consultation. If unable to fulfil a request, it is better to communicate honestly rather than misleading customers or mishandling payments.
I had heard numerous praises about Nail Elegance, but my first experience today exceeded all expectations! The service was exceptional, with a level of attentiveness that surpassed anything I had previously encountered. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A heartfelt thank you to Debbie and Maisie. I am eagerly anticipating my next appointment.
The team exuded warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming environment. They provided valuable advice when I inquired about repairing two broken nail tips, suggesting a French manicure to seamlessly blend the repairs. The final outcome was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend their services.
