On five separate occasions, I've attempted to visit this salon. I've scheduled five appointments well before 6pm. Just for a simple eyebrow shaping. Each time, they cancel within minutes citing "family reasons".. 5 times?? Really?? Coincidence? Ha, I highly doubt it! Utterly rude, unprofessional and clearly only catering to a specific clientele! I would steer clear like the plague! Based on other reviews, I wouldn't trust them with anything anyway!
This was my premier waxing session and it was absolutely fantastic. Nelle was professional, kind, gentle and incredibly swift. I'm thoroughly impressed and will certainly be returning! Many thanks!
Had my waxing done today and I was slightly anxious as I've only had a waxing 3-4 times before. However, as soon as I lay on the table she made me feel much more at ease. She explained the benefits of the wax she uses, ensured she guided me on how to position myself for less discomfort. Overall a flawless experience. I adored the waxing, I feel so smooth and the customer service was exceptional. I've already recommended it to others and I only departed two hours ago !!!
