Extremely poor customer service. Failed to confirm my appointment for 5 days, leaving me with no opportunity to make alternative arrangements. They contacted me via Instagram to reschedule, but once I responded, I was completely ignored.
Consistently receiving 5-star treatment at this establishment, I cannot sing its praises enough. Simply incredible. The staff are exceptional; I can arrive feeling incredibly stressed, and upon leaving, I feel rejuvenated like a brand new individual. Always a perfect 11 out of 10.
Absolutely fabulous salon, impeccable service and such reasonable prices. The nail art, lashes and aesthetics are truly top-notch. This is my ultimate destination for all things nail-related; I always receive countless compliments. My nails have never looked better!
