Went in for a quick trim today and Marie hurried through my hair, her rushed demeanour evident in her movements and speed of work. The dry cut took a mere 5 minutes, a stark contrast to my previous experiences with other stylists at the salon. Despite requesting a 3-4 inch trim, my hair now appears uneven and I will need to remove more length to rectify the situation. Upon returning home, I was dismayed to discover the uneven cuts and long strands left behind. I am thoroughly disappointed. If you lack the capacity and time to provide proper service, please do not schedule appointments with me.
Just returned from getting my hair styled and coloured at this salon, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I received precisely what I had requested and couldn't be happier; the colour is stunning, and the cut is perfect. Many thanks to Marie and her colleague for taking care of me.
