I've seen some impressive nail work on social media, but I seemed to have had a less than stellar experience... The full set of nails with biab took about 30 minutes. No one wore gloves. Two nails on one hand are shorter than the others... Glue is visible on the edges and stuck to my skin... Who files nails after applying the top coat? - leaving the edges looking rough and unfinished. I inquired about the price when I made the booking, but it changed when I paid at the salon. I felt like the process was rushed. I will not be returning...
Utterly appalling customer service and interpersonal skills. I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon since its opening day, and for the first time, I asked to reschedule my appointment due to waking up with a severe flu. The response I received was incredibly rude. It seems they prioritize money over their clients. I will never patronize this establishment again. Not recommended.
Excellent service and friendly staff. I needed to change my appointment during a busy period for the salon, and they handled it smoothly. I highly recommend this place.
