Had my nails done today. Emma was delightful. I spoke to Sarah when I booked my appointment and she is delightful too. My partner praised my nails as soon as he saw them. I will definitely be going back :-)
Instructed husband to return in half an hour for dry cut. Husband came back, sat down, stylist refused to do dry cut and informed husband that the previous haircutter had made mistakes and a wet cut restyle was needed. The stylist refused to put their name to the cut and claimed there wasn't enough time to do it. I called to express dissatisfaction with the poor service and received excuses. A woman on the phone insinuated that my husband was not telling the truth and insisted that the stylist didn't refuse to do the cut. They also mentioned being busy, which was not the case as there was only one person in the chair and one waiting. Unprofessional establishment; my suggestion is to seek services elsewhere.
Wonderful establishment for hair or beauty treatments. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they are also very helpful with any inquiries you may have. Exceptional value for the money.
