I went in for a hair appointment with Natalie and left with black hair, a colour I've never had before. Natalie explained that she couldn't cover my grey with my usual dark brown shade, so she had to go with black. I wish I had known this beforehand. When I called the salon to express my concerns, Natalie suggested using Head and Shoulders shampoo to lighten the colour, rather than offering a proper solution. I'm not impressed with the service and won't be returning to this salon.
Natalie did a decent job cutting my hair, but Abbey's attitude was off-putting. She was rude and uncommunicative during the hair wash, neglecting to properly explain the Olaplex treatment. Not only did she skip the recommended 10-minute wait time for the treatment, but she also charged me extra for it. Abbey seemed disinterested in providing good service to new customers, focusing only on regular clients. I won't be returning to this salon due to her unprofessionalism.
My first visit to this salon was a pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The stylist paid attention to my preferences and I was very happy with the haircut I received. I would definitely recommend this salon to others.
