I made a reservation at Mind and Body today after receiving a voucher for my recent birthday. The service I received on the phone and at the skincare clinic was impeccable. The team was friendly, the clinic was professional and clean, and overall, it was a perfect experience. Aimee, my beauty therapist, was wonderful. The bespoke back, face, and scalp massage was incredibly calming and relaxing, a self-care treat I will definitely book again. I didn’t realize how much I needed it, and I’m grateful to have discovered Mind and Body. I eagerly anticipate my next visit and highly recommend this clinic. Thank you, Aimee and team :)
My initial experience with one of the massage treatments by Tiarni was fantastic. The staff made me feel truly welcome, and the massage was so relaxing that I wished it could have lasted longer. I will definitely be returning for more pampering and might opt for a different massage on my next visit.
I've never encountered any issues until my recent massage with Lily, who is understandably new and offered at a discounted rate. However, that doesn't justify receiving only a 20-minute massage instead of the 30 minutes I booked, followed by being told I was late due to finishing my coffee. Unacceptable! I was punctual, and by the time Lily knocked to enter the room for the treatment, I had already finished my coffee. The management's reluctance to offer any form of compensation is disappointing.
