I recently indulged in a luxurious 60-minute prenatal massage. The therapist provided excellent service and the massage itself was truly delightful. However, the overall ambiance left something to be desired. Throughout the session, a dog in the adjacent dog grooming facility incessantly cried and barked, overshadowing the soothing spa music. Despite being assured of soundproofing measures, the noise persisted, disrupting the tranquillity of my massage. While I understand this issue was beyond their control, I was promised compensation by the week's end, which never materialised. Consequently, I have decided not to revisit this establishment and caution others considering a massage to bear this in mind.

Having been a regular patron, I decided to indulge in a mud body wrap, complete with a rejuvenating facial and blissful Indian head massage. Suman elaborated on the treatment and its numerous benefits, showcasing her profound understanding of skin and body care. I wholeheartedly endorse this treatment; post-session, I felt as though I was floating due to profound relaxation, and my skin now feels rejuvenated. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

After a prolonged absence due to work commitments, I finally scheduled a full-body massage with Suman. Having experienced her services since the inception of the salon, I can attest that she remains exceptional! Suman possesses an innate understanding of pressure points, though I regret not requesting more focus on my shoulders. The salon exudes professionalism, cleanliness, and a delightful fragrance. Additionally, I opted for a foot treatment with Francesca, which was equally impressive. It's worth noting that clients must change rooms between treatments. Despite travelling from Manchester, visiting Suman is always a rewarding experience.
