Scheduled a hair appointment on Monday for a Men's cut on Wednesday. Received a call Tuesday stating the stylist was not available for men's cuts at the moment and my appointment was being cancelled with an option to reschedule for the following Thursday. Unfortunately, I had plans for my 40th birthday over the weekend so I was left extremely disappointed, feeling let down as a new client and unsure why the stylist couldn't accommodate the cut since the booking was accepted. Seemed like a weak excuse to cancel, no consideration for me as a client.
