Appalling. Scheduled an appointment that was not honoured, and after waiting for 25 minutes for my appointment to begin, I was informed that they are unable to do a basic set of nails. Wasted my valuable time for absolutely nothing. A disgraceful representation of a nail salon.
Honestly absolutely fabulous. The final result is exceptional and the team are incredibly accommodating. My manicure lasts for weeks! I've been a regular for a year or two and would highly recommend. Thank you!!
The female owner is extremely impolite and unapproachable, and also imposes her preferences on how you should have your nails done, despite the fact that YOU are the one paying!! No card machine, so they evade taxes - this is not the 1960s!!! Expect significant delays as they overbook and do not have enough staff.
