Sandwell College

The way they treat students is unacceptable, especially students, fast track, read fast money. I decided to take a course at this school to improve my qualifications. How does a student of the Fast Track course feel in this college, how does an adult taking courses in this college feel, how rubbish!!! Lots of confusion, lack of clear information, mess in documents. On average, you change rooms every hour, the rooms are not adapted to lectures, there are no working boards, and when the boards work, there are no pens for them, and if there are pens, the computer always doesn't work. Terrible organization. Confusion about which room the classes are in, and problems with entering the school because the BADGES DO NOT WORK, WHEN you spend almost 45 minutes trying to explain the situation, that you have classes and need to go inside, they sent you an e-mail, but they did not register you, and no one wants to let you in. You sent us e-mails, but no one thought to activate the badges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People, how do you want to raise these kids, and how are they supposed to be organized, having such teachers and administrators!!! People from the administration are full of prejudices. They feel better than you, even though their parents were also immigrants. Aisha Patel your parents were immigrants too!!!!! Aisha Patel the way it was done to me in the emails 20th February is reprehensible. UNDERSTAND that we are equal, I am not worse than you, just because you have an English passport this is your job, should remain professional.I feel discriminated against by this person because of my origin!! The second thing is human discrimination against me, I am a mother who raises a 5-year-old daughter on her own, she raises her daughter from the 10th month of her life, alone without her parents and her father's help!!! YOU WERE perfectly informed about the fact that I have a child to raise, it's half term and I have no one to leave my daughter with to take the exam on 2stApril and yet you brazenly ignored it and booked my exam? My daughter is suspected of having autism and it is difficult for me to find a caregiver for her because she has quite specific behaviors and not everyone can take care of her! But you, who have dogs and cats, don't understand this, apart from financial issues and writing to me things like that.I feel discriminated against by this person because of my origin!! In my opinion, and as you can see from the negative opinions, not only mine, this school is an absolute disaster.

I am a student at Sandwell college taking english and maths functional skills fast track course, and in my opinion this college is amazing. Aisha Patel especially! she has helped me with any issues i have had and helped me to resolve them, she’s very easy to talk to and supportive, all she wants is for us to excel and succeed in life so does her best to help us achieve our goals. I was not very confident about coming to college as i had a very bad experience in school, however, my view on college has completely changed since i started here. I am comfortable and feel safe here and have good relationships with my tutors and fellow students, personally i just want to thank Aisha for being the most caring and understanding tutor ever!
