Today, I got my eyelashes done and sadly, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the outcome. The lashes used were subpar and they look dreadful - flat and nothing like what I anticipated. Usually, I do my own lashes, but since I was heading on holiday, I opted for a professional and it was a mistake. The lashes are uncomfortable, and I definitely wouldn't endorse this place for lash extensions. Tomorrow, I'll request a refund and removal because I've tried to take them off myself with no luck.
I have been a loyal patron here but after today, I will never return! I visited for a full body wax, but was charged for a full even though it wasn't. I accepted it as they squeezed me in without an appointment. The lady who did the wax was pleasant, but she left bruises all over my legs. It was more agonizing than usual, and at times I felt like she tore my skin at the back of my legs. Your legs shouldn't appear like this post-wax! I'm going on holiday tomorrow! How can I wear shorts or dresses with this situation?! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
