I required my hair roots to be matched with the rest of my dyed blonde hair and requested a deep conditioning treatment. My roots ended up a noticeably different shade of blonde from the rest of my hair, and my hair was so dry afterward that it was breaking very easily. It took me two weeks to condition it enough so that it wasn't as brittle anymore. I was told £89 over the phone, but when it was time to pay, I was billed £194. Very dissatisfied with it.
Just had a foot rub from Amber, and while it was firm, the results are fantastic. I have foot pain diagnosed by a foot specialist, and she suggested that a series of rubs to relax leg muscles would certainly help. Just had my fourth one, and I would say foot pain has decreased from 9/10 to 1 or 2/10! So pleased. The atmosphere in the spa is delightful, polite, and professional, 5/5... Thank you.
