They don’t deserve a single star. Had my nails done with French tips. The French tip chipped off within a day of getting a fresh set. Went back and asked for the French tip to be removed, but was informed that no refund would be given. I paid extra for the French tip ... all I wanted was a refund for the additional cost as it chipped off. Honestly, this salon is a joke, and the staff are incredibly impolite. They can't even do French tips properly ... and they switch technicians during the service. It's absurd to have three nail techs working on one set. I will never return here even if all the sets were priced at £5. This salon will never have my business again.
