They were proactive and well-versed in the latest industry technology, offering me options I had never considered before. Today, they truly impressed me by going above and beyond to assist. When my daughter required urgent attention for a potential issue with her contact lens, instead of turning us away due to short notice, they managed to fit us in for an appointment and dedicated 30 minutes to addressing the problem. Throughout, they provided attentive care and valuable advice. I cannot express enough how much this meant to me and my daughter. A huge thank you to the entire team at Portobello Eyecare.
