I have been a patron of Serenity Clinic for many years and I cannot speak highly enough of it! Tracey and her team are welcoming, professional, and create a serene atmosphere that always puts me at ease. I eagerly anticipate my visits to Serenity for treatments.
My recent visit to the clinic was far from pleasant. The individual who seemed to be in charge displayed rudeness, pressuring me to purchase products after my facial. I work in the beauty industry and understand sales tactics, but this experience went beyond that. Furthermore, the clinic had an outdated feel, with rooms that smelled of unwashed towels. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I just received an exceptional treatment from Samantha at the clinic. Not only is she a skilled professional in CACI treatments, but she is also incredibly kind, creating a relaxed and friendly environment. After The Ultimate Facial, which included a soothing neck and shoulder massage, I left feeling rejuvenated. I have been a loyal client of Serenity for years and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking effective treatments in cozy rooms with heated beds, provided by experienced and friendly therapists. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!
