Received my initial treatment from therapist Donata here, who was exceptional!! Incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease under her care and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. The team was highly professional and friendly, the clinic was impeccably clean, and the ambiance was soothing. I will definitely be returning for more! Thank you.
Appointment was rearranged by Clinic but upon arrival they had no trace of it. One of the receptionists conducted the laser treatment for me (clearly trained but not her usual task). The procedure was notably quicker than usual - using glasses instead of goggles/cotton wool pads - and only one pass of laser was done whereas typically the therapist does a couple. She was pleasant and ensured the precise area was targeted, but due to the speed, I am hoping for the same effectiveness. Additionally, I didn't experience any sensation, unlike usual where I can feel it (though no pain).
Visited the establishment for the first time seeking advice for my TMJ pain, knowing that Botox was an option for relief. The reception team was extremely friendly and took my details for a future appointment. I was contacted and given a slot. Upon arrival, I was greeted by lovely staff and instructed to wait for the Doctor. Unfortunately, I waited 35 minutes before being seen. I understand that appointments can run over, so it was not a major issue. Despite this, Dr. Tara was fantastic! She helped me comprehend my symptoms and provided relevant guidance. She shared her personal experiences with TMJ and outlined the next steps for me. I left with the masseter Botox administered in less than 2 minutes! A follow-up appointment has been scheduled for 4 weeks later as it takes time to take effect! Hoping for some pain relief! Overall, pleased with the service and assistance received, only downside was the extended wait times.
