I have frequented Sea Wave for some time now and would not consider going elsewhere if given the choice...To begin with, it is impeccably clean and exudes a delightful, calming ambiance. The beautician is highly knowledgeable and continuously hones her skills through training. She always puts me at ease and, most importantly, provides the least painful waxing experience I've ever had!
I opted for an express facial. The products smelled wonderful, the atmosphere was tranquil and I left feeling incredibly rejuvenated! Thank you.
I reached out to the salon for a haircut and was contacted by Ersilia. Upon visiting and discussing my hair and desired style, she assured me of her expertise with curly/wavy hair and scheduled an appointment for a later date. However, upon trying to schedule the appointment the following week, she did not respond. Despite reaching out via text and phone calls to both her and the salon in the subsequent weeks, I never received a response. It was frustrating and quite perplexing.
