Consistently top-notch service, there may be a wait for your meal but you can place your order while in line. A staff member will come out to take your order so the cooking process can begin while you queue. The wait is a testament to the quality of the establishment and is definitely worthwhile. Exceptional food (for fish and chip shop fare) at a fair price with warm service. We will definitely be returning for our fish and chip fix.
Arriving late in the evening, the establishment was deserted. My fish was freshly fried and delightful, however, the chips seemed stale. They were limp with small crunchy bits. As a chippy that has won awards, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the chips.
