I must say, the quality of service at this establishment is truly exceptional. Each time I visit for a manicure, I am consistently impressed with the results. The staff here never fail to amaze me with their skill and attention to detail. If you're in need of nail services in Weybridge, look no further than this place!

(Reposting as my previous review was removed) This nail salon is incredibly inconsistent. Today, I went in for a set of gel French tip nails and the experience was subpar. The individual who did my nails was young, with the manager overseeing the process. However, things took a turn when it came to the French tip application. Multiple staff members came over, giggling and pointing at my nails, making it evident they were laughing at me. Despite not understanding their language, their unprofessional behavior was clear. The final result was disappointing - uneven white tips and improperly filed nails. Being mocked by the staff while sitting there was a distressing experience. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.

I've visited this salon on three separate occasions within the past few weeks. While the salon itself is aesthetically pleasing, my overall experience has been disappointing. Despite the staff being polite, my nails have been breaking even after getting infills just a week ago. During my last visit, I requested a new set of nails due to an urgent repair needed, but the staff insisted that it was unnecessary. I ended up getting infills as advised. However, since then, I've had one nail break, one crack, and just discovered another crack tonight, requiring another visit before the weekend. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this salon. It seems there may be a lack of consistency and expertise among the staff.
