I must share my thoughts on my recent visit here. I was eagerly anticipating my first lash lift and tint. However, the following day, there was no visible lift in my lashes! Upon contacting them, I was informed that a refund would not be possible, suggesting that it may be due to a reaction to my covid jab, which apparently should not be done within two weeks of the treatment. This crucial information was not communicated to me beforehand. I am disappointed that I was not offered a complimentary redo or a refund. Please ensure to inform others to prevent them from making the same error!!!!
