The Harbour Trim

I would award 0 stars if it were possible. Terrible establishment. The staff do not listen and cut your hair however they please. It took me ages to grow it out, and when I went in for a trim, I came out with short, messy hair. I had to go to another hairdresser to fix it. Do not waste your money here. They ignore you if you complain and express dissatisfaction.

All the ladies are fantastic, especially Emily who styles my hair. I always feel calm and relaxed by the time I depart. The salon is well laid out and meticulously clean, providing a safe (covid) environment. I highly recommend The Harbour Trim.

My mother and I cannot commend Michelle and all her diligent work highly enough! Mum had hair down to her waist, but after spending four weeks in the hospital where no one brushed it (mum was not able to do so), it turned into multiple tangled masses. We had resigned ourselves to having it shaved off because it was that bad. However, Michelle would not hear of it and even though we were only scheduled for a couple of hours, she refused to let us leave without fixing it. 6.5 hours later, Michelle managed to salvage some length and gave my mum a lovely pixie cut. She even styled it in a way that concealed the shaved area from mum's surgery! The time, care, and dedication from this team was exceptional! I checked their reviews before booking the appointment, so if you are thinking of booking here, I wholeheartedly recommend them with a perfect 5-star rating!
