A group of us were there for a spa weekend recently. Few of the bedrooms had no heating. Reported it to reception who on the third call sent someone up with a portable radiator. TV remote was not working, dining area was cold too! Spa treatment was average.About

By car, drive along London Road until you reach the junction with Milton Common, where you will find the spa located on Lower Lounge.
