This was my initial time having nails done and I felt extremely uneasy, to the point where I didn't want to stay. The design I desired was silver glitter tips, excellently executed, but unfortunately, the staff member who worked on my sister's gold glitter tips did a very poor job. The intention was for the nails to match, with one gold and one silver. However, the gold glitter wasn't flicked up using the brush as it should have been. Additionally, there was an unintended blob of gold on the little finger in the middle. The attempt to remove the excess glitter with a nail file was unsuccessful. I would prefer not to have this staff member work on me or my sister in the future. Thank you
The experience was quite peculiar, indicating a lack of concern for customers and a focus solely on collecting payment in advance. It had been years since I last had my nails done, and I was unfamiliar with the procedures. Throughout the service, no one really engaged with me. While it's understandable to pay upfront to avoid non-payment issues, spending nearly 2 hours in the establishment was excessive. The actual nail application took around half an hour, with the rest of the time spent waiting as the nail technicians chatted amongst themselves. The technician performing my acrylics ended up cutting almost every finger with the drill. Although she apologized afterwards, it felt insincere as she didn't address my discomfort. She also kept moving my hand instead of communicating with me about relaxing, causing further pain. The rushed design on two of the fingers was also disappointing, but after investing so much time, I chose not to argue. The end result was misshapen, bulky acrylics that are causing discomfort due to their thickness, along with a hastily done design. I will not be returning for another appointment and wouldn't recommend this place to a friend either. Edit: The following day, my fingers are in pain, and I fear the onset of a potential nail bed infection. It feels like when you accidentally remove a part you shouldn't have, leading to an infection. 😅
