They did a fantastic job styling my hair, maintaining a cheerful chatter throughout the process. The team at VIP's truly made me feel happy and at ease, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others.
Just returned from my hair appointment and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! The salon is charming, and I was promptly offered a choice of tea or coffee. The stylist, Emma, was incredibly kind and provided detailed explanations about my colour options, taking the time to assist me in making a decision. She communicated every step of the process and consistently checked in to ensure my comfort - it's these small gestures that truly make a difference. While on holiday and visiting Whitby annually, I will definitely revisit the salon next year! ☺️👍🏼
