I wholeheartedly endorse Rita! Today, I indulged in a Thai oil massage. Remarkably, she intuitively addressed my areas of concern without any prompt from me. The establishment exudes a lovely ambiance and provides a truly relaxing environment. This self-care time was much needed and greatly appreciated 💆♀️...
I am a loyal patron and still in pursuit of the delightful experiences I once relished years ago, alas without success. I firmly believe that in instances of subpar experiences, a discount should be extended to uphold exemplary customer service, a gesture which has not been offered. I find myself greatly disheartened on occasions. During my session, the therapist engaged in discussions about her personal life, disrupting my desired tranquil treatment experience. Following my grievances, no goodwill gesture was made. My only recourse has been to reduce my future appointments by half, a decision that ultimately reflects poorly on their business.
Update: The manager adamantly refuses to offer a partial reimbursement, exhibiting poor customer service overall. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. I echo the sentiments expressed in other negative reviews. Why is the management engaging in disputes with individuals recounting negative experiences? What incentive do customers have to fabricate tales of dissatisfaction? Why would anyone willingly subject themselves to a negative encounter? A deep tissue massage is intended to be revitalising and positive, not to result in severe skin irritation and complete dissatisfaction.
