Despite this, I continued going back due to the quick service and well-done nails. However, the claim of offering creative designs fell short when I requested a simple gem on a nail and was met with audible frustration and conversation in a language I didn't understand. This behaviour was disrespectful, especially considering my physical limitations. There have been instances of overcharging and arbitrary pricing. The final straw was when a staff member handled me roughly, clearly displaying annoyance. The rushed colour application due to my unpreparedness further detracted from my experience. The lack of customer service and disrespectful treatment is unacceptable. The salon lacks any positive experience beyond fresh nails; any additional pleasantries are nonexistent. Expect disrespect, yelling, and gossiping. Consequently, I will not return to this salon. Their rude conduct and poor service are disappointing. Their inconsistent payment methods and potential tax evasion are concerning. I refuse to spend another penny, and the nail technician was fortunate I did not react to their mistreatment. They do not deserve patronage.
