Visited today for my first ever brow lamination and I absolutely adored it. Lily was fantastic. She began by asking me lots of questions and reviewing pictures of the style I desired, ensuring I was satisfied at every stage of the process. When I saw the final result, I couldn't have been happier, they're exactly what I had envisioned!
I had gel nails done on 18/12/23 on my very short nails, and by Christmas Day they were already lifting from the tip. I expected them to last until after NY eve. I was informed it would be around 3 weeks when I made the appointment. I also requested a full manicure but my dead skin edges were not removed, cuticles were not done, and there was no soak or clean. Just over 30 minutes for a full manicure? Disappointing as I had heard positive reviews.
