Power Cuts

The lady I spoke to on the phone displayed extreme rudeness and abruptly ended the call when I inquired about appointments. Despite my politeness and patience, she seemed irritated and conveyed a tone suggesting that my request for a simple haircut was burdensome.

Took my 2 year old grandson here for a trim. 'Lauren' skillfully handled the task, transforming a challenging moment into a delightful one. Thank you Lauren, we will return!

I typically refrain from leaving reviews, especially negative ones (in fact, never), but I feel compelled to share my morning ordeal. I took my daughter and myself for a haircut today. We waited for over 20 minutes without any apology or even an offer of water (despite the scorching 30-degree heat and my advanced pregnancy). The staff were quick to serve themselves drinks but neglected us. When I inquired about our turn, the woman I approached had to call out to someone else to realize we were her clients. During the wash, only half of my hair was cleaned, prompting me to remind the stylist not to miss the underside. Later, I had to point out numerous strands she had missed to my daughter, only to discover more at home. The atmosphere was unpleasant, with a lack of communication and camaraderie among the staff. Needless to say, I will not be returning. We spent an hour there, yet not even a glass of water was offered. Simply awful.
