My inaugural session with Grace today was exceptional! She possesses a wealth of knowledge and adeptly suggests alternatives if your desired style may not be feasible or could potentially harm your hair. Despite feeling apprehensive, Grace skillfully dried my hair post-colouring, and when I expressed uncertainty about the shade, she promptly rectified it without any hassle, achieving the exact hue I desired. I departed the salon content, thanks to Grace's excellent service, and the entire salon staff are delightful 🤩
