The most dreadful lash lift and tint experience I've ever had! My lashes looked untouched and began falling out just a few days after the treatment! When I went back for assistance or a refund, I was initially told this was abnormal and unprecedented, only to be informed a few days later that it was actually normal, which made no sense to me. Why would I be left with this result after spending nearly £50 on a lash lift and tint?!? Now my natural lashes are sparse and unsightly, just in time for Christmas! Truly disappointed and disheartened. Avoid this place. (Photo taken just a couple of days after the treatment)
I got my lashes done for my holiday and they started shedding the same day. By the third day of my holiday, they had all fallen out. I followed the aftercare instructions diligently. I will never return to that salon.
