I made my booking online, completed all the necessary steps, including adding my card details and filling out the health form. I received a reminder on the day of the appointment and walked 32 minutes to the location, only to discover that the business had moved. I was told that the owner had been informed multiple times about customers arriving at the old location due to directions from online bookings, which had occurred at least 5 times. It's clear that she has no regard for her clients' time, so I would advise against booking with her. A zero-star rating from me. 👎🏾

I recently visited Norman and Phillip Hair and Beauty, and I must say, my encounter with Louise was exceptional. From the moment I settled into her chair, Louise attentively listened to my concerns and took the time to comprehend precisely what I was aiming for. As an individual dealing with hair loss, a trip to the hair salon can be quite daunting, but Louise managed to put me completely at ease.Norman & Philip Hair & Beauty is open in Monday: Closed Tuesday: 9:30-17:00 Wednesday: 9:30-16:00 Thursday: 9:30-17:00 Friday: 9:30-17:00 Saturday: 9:30-15:30 Sunday: Closed
