Not typically one to frequent hair salons, I decided to pamper myself and try out a new establishment after relocating. Despite past negative experiences and sensitivity about my hair, I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The team was incredibly courteous, warm, and welcoming. The hair wash was truly rejuvenating, with a relaxing massage and gentle treatment. The outcome of my hair colour and cut was simply lovely. I will certainly be a returning customer.
Had a fantastic day attending Emily Starkie's builder gel course at Suzanne's! Received an online manual for preparation, then engaged in hands-on practice at the salon. The hospitality was top-notch, including a complimentary meal to keep me energized throughout the day - delightful! The personalized 1-to-1 guidance was invaluable, and we even learned some bonus techniques like working with blooming gel. The day concluded with the presentation of our exquisite certificates. Emily is an exceptional instructor, highly recommended! 😁 xx
Today marked my inaugural visit, and I was utterly astounded by the warm reception I received. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and both the young lady who washed my hair and the hairdresser who styled it were absolutely fantastic.
