I made my booking online, completed all the necessary steps, including adding my card details and filling out the health form. I received a reminder on the day of the appointment and walked 32 minutes to the location, only to discover that the business had moved. I was told that the owner had been informed multiple times about customers arriving at the old location due to directions from online bookings, which had occurred at least 5 times. It's clear that she has no regard for her clients' time, so I would advise against booking with her. A zero-star rating from me. 👎🏾
I am utterly disappointed with the lash service I received here. I spent £60 on a fresh set of Russian volume lashes and removal of the previous set. However, the lashes I ended up with were classic and extremely thin. When I questioned this, I was told it was due to the condition of my natural lashes. Feeling upset, I sought another salon just 4 days later. The new technician did them exactly as I wanted at a much lower cost! I've rated this salon 2 stars for cleanliness, the friendly owner, and the complimentary care kit. Despite receiving a lash wash when I raised my concerns about the thin lashes, I was still dissatisfied. The first photo shows the lashes from this salon, the second from the new place less than a week later!
I cannot speak highly enough of this young individual. I reached out on Sunday needing my lashes removed urgently, and she went out of her way to assist me, even though she wasn't working that day. She took great care and time in removing the lashes, cleaning my natural lashes, and treating them with lash conditioner. She is a delightful person who truly values her customers, possesses extensive knowledge about lashes, and provides excellent care. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would definitely give them to her. Thank you so much x
