The waxing procedure at this salon was notably slow compared to others, and unfortunately, it was not completed to my satisfaction. When I raised this concern, the clinician rushed me out due to another appointment. Upon contacting the salon, I was asked to return at a specific time. However, the phone was answered by the clinician's children, who failed to confirm the schedule accurately. This resulted in a prolonged wait upon my arrival. The lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by the clinician was disappointing.
The waxing experience was satisfactory, yet contacting the salon proves to be a challenge. Despite multiple attempts during their operating hours, no one answers the phone. This lack of responsiveness comes across as highly unprofessional.
Yesterday, I visited the salon for the first time and was greeted by a serene and clean environment. The express manicure and pedicure I received were executed with precision and care, exceeding my meticulous standards. Chan, the welcoming host, made the experience delightful.
