I adored this hair salon and the young man who used to style my hair, but unfortunately I had to cancel my last appointment as I had an ear infection. Since the salon is closed on a Monday, I could only call on Tuesday morning. My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday at lunchtime, but I was informed that I needed to give 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. While I understand this policy to some extent, being charged £17.50 for a situation that was beyond my control felt a bit excessive. Perhaps a £10 deduction could have been offered when rescheduling? It's a shame, as I won't be returning due to this experience. I found it quite unfair as I am prone to ear infections and couldn't risk getting water in my ear.
My preferred salon. Exceptionally clean, contemporary, and the team is incredibly welcoming. Max is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work. I've been getting my hair styled monthly since the salon opened. Each time, my hair turns out exactly as I requested.
I had a wonderful massage today with Alex and oh my word, it was fantastic! She was incredibly kind and skilled in her techniques. Dealing with chronic back pain and tension from work, after just one session with Alex, I can already feel the difference. I was so impressed that I've already booked another appointment... I highly recommend her services!
