My maiden experience at Windsor Nails left me enamoured by their dedication to intricate designs, welcoming atmosphere, and reasonable pricing.
The nail work is top-notch, but I harbour doubts about the sterilisation of the tools. Observing the manicurist retrieving tools from a drawer rather than a jar of disinfectant, as seen in other establishments, raised concerns. A minor cut occurred during cuticle trimming, which is understandable. However, the lack of a visible disinfectant jar and potential lack of tool sanitation between clients is worrisome, posing a risk of infections.
This was my premier visit to Windsor Nails and only my second time indulging in a nail treatment; they executed the 3D floral pattern flawlessly, delivering precisely what I desired. The team exudes warmth, humour, and amiability, ensuring my return. x
